Terms of Use

These terms apply to Lagos Hustle (the "Game") at lagos-hustle.vercel.app and any installed copy of it. The Game is made by Emmanuel Ariyo, known as Ememzyvisuals ("we", "us"). By playing, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not play.

1. The Game

The Game is free to play in a web browser. We may change, update, pause or stop the Game, or any feature of it (including the leaderboard), at any time without notice.

2. Who can play

The Game is meant for a general audience. If you are under the age where you can agree to terms in your country, a parent or guardian must agree for you. Do not put personal information about yourself or anyone else in your creator name.

3. Virtual money and items

Naira, "HustlePay" balances, vehicles, phones, outfits and other items in the Game are virtual. They have no real-world value, cannot be exchanged for real money and cannot be transferred or sold. The Game does not sell anything for real money. Progress is saved on your device and may be lost if you clear your browser data.

4. Fair play and conduct

• Do not cheat, tamper with saved data, automate play, or send false scores to the leaderboard.
• Do not use offensive, hateful, sexual, impersonating or misleading creator names. We may change or remove names and scores that break these rules, and remove players from the leaderboard.
• Do not attack, overload, reverse-engineer for misuse, or interfere with the Game or its servers.

5. Your music

You may import songs from your own device to listen to while you play. They stay on your device and are not uploaded. You are responsible for having the right to play any music you import.

6. Radio and third-party content

Live radio streams come from their stations and remain theirs; they may be unavailable at times. Links to other sites (for example X) are provided for convenience; we are not responsible for third-party services.

7. Ownership

The Game, including its code, characters, story, artwork, models, sounds, text, logo and the name "Lagos Hustle", is owned by Emmanuel Ariyo. You may play it and share screenshots, clips and score cards for non-commercial purposes, including on social media and in videos. You may not copy, re-host, sell, or make derivative games from it without written permission.

8. Fiction

The story, characters and events are fictional. Real Lagos places inspire the setting. Any resemblance to real persons is coincidental. Companies, brands, banks, churches, mosques, schools, clinics and adverts named in the Game are fictional or used only as general descriptions, and no endorsement is implied. The Game does not encourage breaking the law, violence or unsafe road behaviour; please do not copy what you see in the Game in real life.

9. No warranty

The Game is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind, to the fullest extent the law allows. Play in a safe place and take breaks; do not play while driving or walking in traffic.

10. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent the law allows, we are not liable for any indirect, incidental or consequential loss, or for loss of data, progress or virtual items, arising from your use of the Game. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law.

11. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Federal Republic of Nigeria. Disputes will be handled by the courts of Lagos State, Nigeria, unless the law where you live gives you other rights.

12. Changes

We may update these terms. The date above shows the latest version. Continuing to play after a change means you accept the new terms.
